If you’re enjoying a multi-day excursion, you’ll sleep at our Riverside Beach Camp in the Gurung Valley. The camp sits aside the Trisuli River in the Gorkha district of Nepal and offers basic but comfortable accommodation in the form of camping. Guests sleep in two-man tents or bamboo huts, and we provide the sleeping bags, mattresses and pillows. As the camp is surrounded by nature, there’s plenty of things to see and do in your downtime including swimming in the manmade pool, hiking in the nearby hills or joining in a game of beach volleyball.
Nepal is one of the best countries in the world for whitewater rafting, and we’ve decided to set up our camp on the banks of the Trishuli River, in Kathmandu. Here you’ll find the Gurung Valley, in the Gorkha district, an area of Nepal completely surrounded by nature.
At our Riverside Beach Camp, your guides will conjure up a mix of delicious Western and Nepalese dishes. For breakfast, you’ll have the choice of eggs, pancakes, toast, porridge and fruit. For lunch, you can dine on pasta, salads, rice, cheese and meats and for Dinner, you can indulge in Dal Bhat, chicken curry and Buffalo steak! We always have snacks on sight too to tide you over between meal times. All our dishes are cooked at the side of the river using gas stoves, and the ingredients are locally sourced.
Our primary sport is whitewater kayaking, but we also offer lessons in whitewater rafting and canyoning.
