We focus on fitness activities, such as Stand Up Paddle or Surf, as well as Yoga or Pilates classes, Massages to Relax, Nutritional Cooking Course, Hiking and Bike Tours.

Start the day with a yoga or pilates session. Then the days will look different, but including across the week of health cooking course, SUP or surf class, half hour massage, bike excursion and crater and coastal walking excursions with picnic.
