Detail Itinerary

Day 01

Arrival in Kathmandu. Check in hotel. Arrive at Kathmandu airport (1345 meters). You will be met by our representative and transfer to hotel and a short brief about the trekking after refreshment. Overnight at 3 star hotel (Thamel Eco Resort or The address Kathmandu Hotel)

Day 02

Kathmandu to Pokhara (833m.) Today we drive/flight if drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara and stay in hotel at Lakeside. (7 hours drive) Overnight at 3 star hotel (Hotel City INN or Mount view Pokhara) Day 03

Pokhara to Dhampus(1600m.) Short drive to Phedi from where trekking starts and trek to Dhampus (1,600 m.) and overnight at teahouse.

Day 04

Dhampus to Landurk (1,565m) the trail gradually goes up from Dhampus to Deurali (2,100m). After then, we will walk through rain forest jungle heading down to Landruk 5 hours walk and overnight stay at teahouse.

Day 05

Landruk to Chomrong (2,170m) Heading down to the Modi River. The trail follows the Modi river banks till Jhinu Danda and passes through local villages and forests. After Jhinu Danda, the trail goes straight up approximately one hour walk. Chomrong is one of the best places for the mountain views (Annapurna south, Hiuchuli, Fishtail, etc.) and beautiful rural scene. Overnight stay at teahouse.

Day 06

Chomrong to Dovan (2,505m.) From the lower part of the village, you descent to the suspension bridge over the Chomro Khola (river) and climb steeply at first, passing through Tilche, Bhanuwa, Sherpa Lodge. A little further up are the scattered lodges of Sinuwa, a perfect place to stop and admire the view back down the Modi Khola. From where a panoramic view of Mt. Fishtail can be seen. The trail also changes in character from wide stone steps and mixed rhododendron forest which sets the valley ablaze with color during April. Overnight at tea house.

Day 07

Dovan to Deurali (3,230m) During the trek, along this trail, we do not find any permanent settlement. The trail passes through solitary places and one can really feel the Nature’s wilderness. If you walk without making any noise, you are likely to have the chances to see a variety of species of wildlife such as wild pig, deer, snow leopard, etc. After walking 4 hours, we can reach Deurali from Dovan and stay in local lodge.

Day 08

Deurali to Annapurna Base Camp (4,130m.) As this route is in the high altitude area, you might feel the shortage of oxygen, so, you are advised to walk slowly. However, you can feel that you are very close to the Nature. The scene of waterfalls and close mountain view may make your trek enjoyable. After walking along the trail for about three hours, you can reach ABC and stay in a local lodge.

Day 09

Trekking back to Dovan from ABC (2,505m.) Wake up early in the morning and trek to Machhapuchhare Base Camp to see beautiful sunrise and mountain views. After having breakfast, we go back to Dovan and stay at a local teahouse.

Day 10

Dovan to Chomrong (2,170m.) After having breakfast at Dovan, we trek to Chomrong and stay in a teahouse.

Day 11

Chomrung to Ghandruk (1,939m.) The trail goes straight and a little bit down hill. Then, we cross the Kimrung Khola and gradually go up. Then comes a very nice tiny village. After about one hour’s walk, we arrive to famous and beautiful Ghandruk village which is culturally and naturally rich Gurung settlement and also listed on UNESCO’s World Heritage Site. Cultural show in the evening on request. Overnight at tea house.

Day 12

Ghandruk to Pokhara Walk through a paddy field and local settlement. After 4 hours of walk, you will come to Nayapul and drive to Pokhara, Overnight at 3 star hotel (Hotel City INN or Mount view Pokhara)

Day 13

Pokhara to Kathmandu (1320) Today drive/flight back to Kathmandu from Pokhara. Overnight at 3 star hotel (Thamel Eco Resort or The address Kathmandu Hotel)

Day 14

Depature Until your departure time free for shopping or rest etc. Then we will drop you at the airport.

Detail Itinerary

Day 01

Kathmandu (1320m) Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA). Upon arrival at the airport, you would be received by our representative and then transfer to hotel.

Day 02

Kathmandu to Lukla (2886m) and then to Phakding (2640m.) We take early flight from Kathmandu to Lukla (2886m.). We have breakfast at one of the restaurant and start our trek to Phakding (2640 m.). We trek following a gentle climb up the mountainside on the left bank of the Dudh Koshi. Nupla (5885m) can be seen in a stone throwing distance on the opposite bank. In the late afternoon, we reach Phakding.

Day 03

Phakding to Namche Bazzar (3440m.) Having breakfast at Phakding, we commence our trek to Namche Bazaar (3440 m.).The trail goes along the right bank of Dudh Koshi. Thamserku is standing majestically skyward on the opposite bank. We then reach Bengar. The trail now climbs from the riverbed on the left bank into the mountain, through a forest to Chumoa. We continue along the trail with many ups and downs; cross a stream, and pass by the tiny village Monjo. We then come to Sagarmatha National Park Service where a park entrance fee is to be deposited. We follow a short walk along the riverbed of this V-shaped valley where the river forks Dudh Koshit to the right Bhote Koshi to the left. Now we begin steep ascent to Namche Bazar. On the way, we would have excellent views of Everest (8848m) and Lhotse (8516m.).Surrounded on three sides by mountain ranges, Namche Bazar (3440m) is a central hub of the area for food, trekking gears and other necessary goods.

Day 04

Acclimatization at Namche Bazzar We take rest at Namche Bazaar (3440 m.) for acclimatization. It is considered as an ideal place for acclimatization to the high altitude before heading towards Tyangboche. We go up to Khhumjung monastery. It is a small settlement of Sherpa community. We enjoy the splendid view of Mt. Everest, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, Nuptse, Lhotse, Tawche, Kwangde and so on from here. While returning to Namche, we would visit Museum just above the town that exhibits Sherpa culture.

Day 05

Namche Bazaar to Khumjung (3780m.) Taking breakfast at Namche Bazaar, we would be heading towards Khumjung (3780m.). The route starts by climbing up to the Shyangboche airstrip just above the airstrip is the Everest View Hotel, a Japanese scheme to build a deluxe hotel with great views of the highest mountains on Earth. Overnight at Khumjung.

Day 06

Khumjung to Tyangboche (3860m.) Having breakfast in the teahouse at Khumjung, we trek to Tyangboche situated at 3860m. Besides, we would also visit the famous Tengboche Gompa which is situated at (4100m) From this point, we would also have a glimpse of Ama Dablam, Everest and other peaks.

Day 07

Tengboche to Monjo (2835m.) Today our trek goes down to the Fuki Tenga and steady climb and continuous walk to Namche Bazaar. After reaching Namche, we would be descending to the village of Monjo situated at the height of 2950m.

Day 08

Monjo to Lukla Walking through the bank of Dudhkosi River and climbing an hour, we reach Lukla. We would go around Lukla. Overnight in the hotel.

Day 09

Lukla to Kathmandu We board our early flight from Lukla to Kathmandu. We go for shopping in the afternoon. Farewell dinner would be served in the evening.

This trek takes 9 days to complete.

Day 01

Namche Bazaar to Tyangboche (3867m.). Taking breakfast at Namche Bazaar, we would be heading towards Tyangboche (3867 m.). The trail goes ahead leaving a steep cliff that drops down to the Dudh Kosi. In this section too, we would have a panoramic view of the Himalayas such as Ama Dablam (6812m), Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse (7855m) and Tawoche (6501m). We would visit Trashinga, Phunki Tenga and reach Tyangboche. Tyangboche offers a good view of sun rise and sun set at Everest and Ama Dablam.

Day 06

Tyangboche to Dingboche (4260 m.) We trek from Tyangboche to Dingboche (4260 m.). Leaving Tyangboche at the backdrop, we descend through a rhododendron forest and enter Deboche. Crossing a suspension bridge at Imja Khola, we head towards Minlinggo and inter Imjatse Valley beneath the mighty peaks of Ama Dablam, Nuptse and Lhotse. We finally come to Dingboche.

Day 07

Acclimatization at Dingboche (4260 m.) Today too, we acclimatize at Dingboche (4260 m.) to be familiar with the local climate. Having breakfast at the teahouse, we go around the village and in the afternoon, we even hike up to Chhukum. It also provides majestic view of Island peak, Ama Dablam, Makalu, Tawoche peak and others. In the late afternoon, we come back to Dingboche and take rest.

Day 08

Dingboche to Lobuche (4930 m.) It is our turn to head towards Lobuche from Dingboche which is situated at a distance of five and half hours normal walk. The onward trail is gentle up to Pheriche village. Along the trail, we would be privileged to have panoramic views of the Mt.Tawache, Ama Dablam, Pokalde (5741m), Kongma-tse (5820m) and the great wall of Nuptse. We would have lunch at Dugla (4595m) and trek to Lobuche.

Day 09

Lobuche to Everest Base Camp (5364m.) Having breakfast at Lobuche, we trek to Everest Base Camp via Gorakshep (5140m.). It is the most rewarding section of the trek. Our trail winds up through rocky path and Khumbu glacier. The view of Nuptse, Lho-La and Khumbutse appear at a stone throwing distance. Visit Everest Base Camp and come back to Gorakshep.

Day 10

Gorakshep to Kala Patthar (5545m.) and then to Pheriche (4243m.) We trek from Gorakshep to Kala Patthar (5545m.) and trek to Pheriche (4243m.). Early morning, we get ready to climb Kala Patthar (5545m.) and enjoy the view of sunrise. We would see Mt. Everest, Mt. Pumori, Mt. Lingtren, Mt. Khumbetse, Mt. Nuptse, Mt. Lhotse, Mt. Ama Dablam, Mt. Thamserku and many more from Kala Patthar. Himalayan Rescue Association Aid Post is available at Pheriche. Foreign volunteer doctors are there to provide medical treatment.

Day 11

Pheriche to Tyangboche (3867 m.) Trek from Pheriche to Tyangboche (3867 m.). We would visit the research centre and trek to Tyangboche. En route, one can enjoy descending through rhododendron forest. Tyangboche is famous for the oldest monastery. From the monastery, one can enjoy the splendid view of Ama Dablam, green hills and river.

Day 12

Tyangboche to Namche Bazaar (3440 m) It is our turn to trek from Tyangboche to Namche Bazaar (3440 m ). It takes about four and half hours to reach Namche Bazaar from Tyangboche. En route we will visit traditional villages like Khumjung and Khunde. We will be visiting monastery that has Yeti Scalp. Finally, we come to Namche Bazaar in the late afternoon.

Day 13

Namche Bazaar to Lukla (2886 m.) Having breakfast in the teahouse at Namche Bazaar, we trek to Lukla. It is the last day of our trek. Lunch will be served on the way. Upon arrival at Lukla, we would get refreshed and take rest.

Day 14

Lukla to Kathmandu We board our early flight from Lukla to Kathmandu. Upon arrival at TIA, we would be received by our representatives and transfer to hotel. In the afternoon, we go for shopping. Farewell dinner will be served in Bhojan Griha, a typical Nepali Restaurant. Overnight at 3 star hotel (Thamel Eco Resort or The address Kathmandu Hotel)

Day 15

Departure Day After the breakfast free time until your departure time. Then we will drop you at the airport.
