Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1300m).
A thrilling flight to Kathmandu enjoying the views of amazing snowy peaks landing to the Tribhuwan International Airport. Our representative of Trekking Train Nepal will escort you tothe chosen hotel. We will brief about the package.

Day 02: Drive to Pokhara (800m)
We will have early morning drive for about 6 – 7 hours from Kathmandu to Pokhara via tourist bus, enjoying the stunning landscapes with terraced fields, free-flowing Trishuli and Marsyangdi rivers and the rocking panorama of the Mt. Manaslu, Mt. Ganesh Himal, Mt. Lamjung Himal and more of Annapurna Himalayan ranges. The tourist bus stops for breakfast at 09:00 hrs and then at noon for lunch.

Day 03: Drive to Phedi and start trekking to Pothana 1925 m, 3-4 hours
We will drive for about 30 minutes from Pokhara to Phedi and then start our trek to Pothana at 1810m. We will walk steep until Dhampus then followed by an easy walk to Pothana where we will stay at a teahouse lodge for overnight

Day 04: Trek from Pothana to Kokar Forest Camp 2,600 m. About 4 hours walking.
Today we will trek to Forest Camp at Kokar passing through Pitam Deurali. On the way, we will trek through a dense jungle of maple, oak, rhododendron, and hemlock. The lodges at Forest Camp (Kokar) are basically like home-stay where we will share our dinner with the owner.

Day 05: Start Trek to High Camp 4100 m 7 hours of walking.
Today’s destination is the High Camp. We will climb up the forest of Rhododendron and Juniper passing via Manjh Danda to reach the low camp and slowly walking up to the Nangge Danda then to the High camp. This trail will offer the amazing views of Machhapuchhre, the Mardi Himal, the Annapurna range, the valley of Annapurna Base Camp. We will spend the overnight at the guesthouse at the High Camp.

Day 06: Hike to Mardi Himal Base Camp camp and Back to High camp.
We will have early morning walk for about 4 hours through the stony, narrow pavement to the Base Camp of the Mardi Himal. This is the challenging part of the trip. we will then walk back to the Base Camp after resting and relaxing ourselves viewing the spectacular sunrise from the High camp and the amazing scenes of the blue glaciers, the gigantic Annapurna range with Ganesh Himal, Dhaulagiri Himal, etc. Overnight stay at the lodge at the High Camp.

Day 07: Trek to Siding village (1,750m) – 6 hrs walking.
We will choose a different route to Siding village, a traditional hamlet of Brahmin and Gurung, rather walking back to Kokar via Mardi Himal. We will stay at a home stay in Siding village enjoying traditional Nepalese food items like daal bhaat in the dinner with the family in their kitchen.

Day 08: Trek to Lumre and drive to Pokhara – 3 hrs walking and 2 hrs driving.
We will head at Lumre from Siding. We will pass through the villages of Kalimati, a Brahmin village and Ghalel. At Lumre, we will drive around on the jeep organized by the Trekking Trail Nepal and then back to Pokhara.

Day 09: Drive back to Kathmandu
We will drive back to Kathmandu via tourist bus. After arriving at the Kathmandu, we will do shopping or rest for the day. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 10: Fly back to home
Flight back to home country. The representative of Trekking Trail Nepal will take you to the Tribhuwan International Airport at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled time.

The Everest Base Camp Trek ( EBC Trekking ) is the most popular trekking package in Nepal. Day 1 - Arrival at Tribhuwan International Airport (TIA), Kathmandu
The first day of the Everest Base Camp Trek Itinerary. Arrival at Kathmandu. Welcome by Representative from Trekking Trail Nepal and escort Check into Hotel and Rest with full details of the Trip and preparation for the Trek Documentation (Travel documents, Insurance copies). It can be modified accordingly

Day 2 - Fly to Lukla and trek to Phakding 2652 m Duration: 3-4 hours
As to itinerary for the first day of The Everest Base Camp Trek. Flight to Lukla is like a Mountain flight. Trek to Cheplung village where the mesmerizing view of Mt. Khumbila can be seen. Then heading to Guest house to Phakding for an overnight stay. we will see the amazing beauty of KusumKagraru. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner included for the stay.

Day 3 - Phakding 8699ft to Namche Bazaar 3443, Trekking duration is about 7 hours
Heading to Jorsale Village and Sagarmatha National Park.During the journey, we can view a stunning backdrop of natural beauty along with the old Mani stone walls carved with prayers. Passing the flexuous trail through the national park, we will cross several suspension bridges and pass through solemn alpine forests of pine and cedar. After the strenuous climb up the elevation, we will reach the capital of the Everest region mostly inhabited by Sherpa people and which was once a trading rendezvous point for Nepali and Tibetan traders and merchants, Namche Bazaar. Overnight at the Guesthouse, breakfast, lunch and dinner included.

Day 4 - Rest day at Namche Bazaar. Hiking Around Namche Bazaar, Everest View Hotel.
Plans for the Rest Day: Explore the beauty of Namche Bazaar and a short trip to Syanboche Airport (located at the height of 3700 m) with sightseeing around. Rest day to avoid altitude sickness and vertigo or any health or physical adjustments to be made for the trip.A beautiful view of Mt. Everest for the refreshing and soothing effect of tiresome trip accompanied by a short excursion of Everest Photo Gallery and the Sherpa Culture Museum.Overnight rest at the Guesthouse, as the usual inclusion of breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Day 5 - Namche Bazaar to Tengboche, 3860 m
Start with breakfast heading to Dudh-Koshi Valley at Phungki-Thanka. Visit the Tengboche Monastery situated at the altitude of 3860m, surrounded by the Mt. Everest, Mt. AmaDablam, and other mountains. Overnight at Guesthouse. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner included.

Day 6 - Tengboche Monastery 12660ft to Dingboche Valley 4410 m
Teach Debouche via the Imja Khola and then heading up towards Pangboche, lying between copious Mani stones and then to the popularly known “Summer Valley” – Dingboche with the breathtaking views of the Lhotse, the AmaDablam, and the Island Peak. End of the Sixth day of Everest Base Camp Trek with Trekking Trail Nepal by resting at the guest house for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Day 7 - Acclimatization hike to Nangkartseng Hill 4900 m and back to Dingboche 14464ft
Hiking trip to Nangkartseng Hill which is at distance of approximately 5 hours, a spot for the panoramic view of Lobuche East (6119m), Lobuche West (6145m), Kangtega (6685m), Taboche Peak (6367m), Thamserku (6608m), and AmaDablam (6856m). An unforgettable view of Mt. Makalu (the world’s fifth tallest peak) can be seen if the weather seems favorable. After lunch, a relaxing sunbath can be taken to relieve the stress of hiking. Overnight stay at Dingboche for the day also including breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Day 8 - Dingboche valley to Lobuche 4910 m crossing Thukla Pass
Start with breakfast at Dingboche heading to Lobuche. Walk of about 5 hours crossing a small lunch town called Thukla. On the way down to the Khumbu Glacier. We can enjoy the magnificent views of the exhilarating mountains of the Mt. Nuptse, Mt. Pumori, Mahanlangur himal etc covered with colorful prayer flags around the Chortens and the Mani stones. After arriving at Lobuche, we will check into the Guesthouse for the overnight stay with all meals included.

Day 9 - Exploring Everest Base Camp and back to Gorekshep 5181 m
We will begin the trek for about 8 hours walk from Lobuche to Everest Base Camp via Gorakshep 16994ft. It will take about 2 – 3 hours to reach Gorakshep. We will enjoy the beauty of the Khumbu Glacier on the right throughout the walk enjoying the amazing Khumbu Icefall as the glittering white Confetti flying in the air. After arriving at the Everest Base Camp. We will rest for sometime exotic nature of the Mt. Everest and its surroundings. The privilege of being able to make to the Everest region is worth some to travel a foreign land and cherish the beauty we have endeavored during the trek. Then we will head back to Gorakshep and stay overnight at the Guesthouse with all meals included.

Day 10 - Sunrise hike to Kala Pathar 5545 m/18188ft and trek down to Pheriche
A cardinal day to trek up to Kala Patthar. Plans for the Eleventh day: The central spot for the fascinating views of the Mount Everest along with the Mt. Nuptse, Mt. Chagatse, Mt. Lhotse and Mt. Pumori, etc. The hike leads back to Gorakshep and walks down to Pheriche ( 4210m/13809ft). Overnight at Guesthouse, breakfast, lunch and dinner included.

Day 11 - Trek down to Namche Bazar from Pherich
A hike descending to Pangboche following to Phungki Thanka along the Imja River, via Kyangjuma way back to Namche Bazaar. Overnight at Guesthouse, breakfast, lunch and dinner included.

Day 12 - Namche to Lukla 9184ft, trekking down following same trekking trail
A walk along the steps crossing the suspension bridges above the DudhKoshi then ending the trip at Lukla for the day. The enchanting views of the plains, rhododendron forests and snow covered peaks are very mind relaxing. A celebration can be organized for the success of the memorable trip to Everest region. Overnight at guesthouse, breakfast, lunch, and dinner included

Day 13 - Early flight from Lukla to Kathmandu, End of Everest Base Camp Trek with Trekking Trekking Nepal
Early morning flight back to Kathmandu will give us spare time to rest or to explore around the Kathmandu or to shop gifts or souvenirs to family and friends. The Lukla flight is exciting but scary. After the guide will drop you at the hotel, he might leave unless you invite him for a meal. As this would be the last meeting with your guide for this trek, you would give him some gratitude if you are satisfied with his services and friendliness. We could plan other exciting activities like Paragliding or Rafting or Jungle Safari if you are interested in exploring more Nepal. We would happily assist you and plan a packaged accordingly. Day 14 - End of Everest Base Camp Trek. Departure or extend your trip with Trekking Trail Nepal
Departure day begins with a farewell breakfast. Transportation to the airport is provided. Trekking Trail Nepal representative will take you to the airport at least 2 – 3 hours before the scheduled flight.

Everest Base Camp Trek is a moderate trek, but due to its high altitude and Himalayas climate, you need to choose the best time to suit your need. Almost every day you have to walk higher than 3000+ meter above sea level and six to eight-hour continuous walk. Generally, September, October, and November (Autumn season) and March, April, and May ( Spring season ) are considered as the best season for Everest Base Camp Trek.

Provided along the trek.

Day 1 - Arrival in Kathmandu 1365 m.
Arrival at Kathmandu International Airport and transfer to hotel after meeting the representative of Trekking Trail Nepal. We will brief you about our program on the way to the hotel. A welcome dinner and then overnight stay at a hotel in Thamel.

Day 2 - Fly Pokhara 823 m and Trek to Ghandruk.
30 minutes Flight to the city of lakes, Pokhara then drive to Naya Pool and from Birethanti, we will hike up to the Ghandruk enjoying the gorgeous scenes of the magnificent mountains of Dhaulagiri, Manaslu, Machhapuchhre, etc. Then we will continue our trek via Chimrong, Chane, Syauli Bazaar. After crossing the suspension bridge over Khumnu river, we will reach Ghandruk, a Gurung hamlet. Overnight stay.

Day 3 - Trek Ghandruk to Chhomrong.
We ascend for an hour to Ghadrukkot and then straightly descend to the Kimron river. After walking again for an hour, we will rise to Chhomrong enjoying the scene of the striking Mt. Annapurna South, Machhapuchhre. Today, we will be walking for about 5 hours in total to reach Chhomrong from Ghandruk. Overnight stay in Chhomrong at the tea house.

Day 4 - Chhomrong to Dovan.
We will walk for 6 hours from Chhomrong to Dovan via Sinuwa Danda, the rhododendron woods, and Khuldighar. Overnight stay at tea house.

Day 5 - Dovan to Deurali.
We will walk for about 4 hours from Dovan to Deurali traversing the forests of bamboo, oak, rhododendron. On the way, we will come across the Himalaya hotel and two brooks over small bridges. We will have the chance to see a range of species of floras and faunas like snow leopard, deer, wild pig, etc. We then will hike up to the Hinko Cave, a hanging rock. As we continue our trail, we will reach Deurali and stay overnight at guesthouse.

Day 6 - Deurali to to Annapurna Base Camp 4,130 m
We will head to Annapurna Base Camp (4131m) today from Deurali via Macchapuchhre Base Camp 3700 m for about 5 hours. This region is known as Annapurna Sanctuary, offering the magnificent view of Mt. Annapurna I, Mt. Annapurna South, Mt. Barah Shikhar with other adjoining snowy peaks. Overnight at the guesthouse.

Day 7 - Trek back down to Bamboo 2310 m
We will witness the fascinating sunrise over the snowy peaks of the Annapurna range from the Annapurna Base Camp. Then slowly, we will downhill to the Deurali, Dovan and eventually Bamboo from Annapurna Base Camp enjoying the amazing waterfalls. Overnight stay at Bamboo.

Day 08 - Bamboo to Jhinu Danda ( Natural hot spring)
Vertical hike up to Sinuwa via Kuldighar following the stone paved paths leading to Lower Chhomrong and again ascending to Upper Chhomrong. After walking for about 6 hours, we will trek down to Jhinu Danda and take a natural warm water spring bath. Overnight stay at tea house in Jhinu Danda.

Day 09 - Jhinu Dada to Naya Pul trek and drive Pokhara.
We will move from Jhinu Danda and then walk to Kyumi village via New Bridge. A slow walk will lead to Syauli Bazaar and then hike up to Birethanti. After walking for about an hour from Birethanti, we will arrive at Naya Pool then an hour drive will lead to Pokhara. Overnight at hotel in Pokhara

Day 10 - Drive ( or fly with an extra charge ) back to Kathmandu, 7 hours drive.
On this day of Annapurna Base Camp, we will either drive the same highway for 7 hours or fly back to Kathmandu for about 30 minutes. Then we will drop you to the hotel after arriving in Kathmandu. The rest of the day you can spend by resting or going around for shopping.

Day 11 - Departure Day.
Last day of the trip. After having breakfast, transfer to the airport at least before 3 hours of the scheduled flight.
