Now there isn't a surfer out there that doesn't LOVE that amazing feeling of fulfilment after a surfing session. That satisfying muscle ache that you can only get after a wonderful full body workout BUT it also comes accompanied by stiff hips, leg strain and locked shoulders. Imagine if you could teach your muscles to recover faster and to ease any discomfort with an awesome yoga practice. The outward body benefits are these but imagien the wander a yoga practice would do for your mind.

Switzerland is a gem in the crown of the Alps. Offering ample terrain, steep, challenging, snow sure and enticing. No wonder so many flock to this landlocked dreamland, however, among the well-known spots, there are some truly special secrets.
The Winter is upon us; as the snow descends and brings with it: promise, a blank canvas and a chance for restoration, creation and exploration. We look not only to our own fair and captivating continent, us Europeans look to our friends across the pond.
It’s a really exciting time in the Northern Hemisphere as we look to our southern Hemisphere brothers who pass on the shift in seasons, as their time in the powder comes to a close and ours is around the corner or well and truly underway.

It’s trendy for companies to adopt the concept of ecotourism to appear part of the change instead of the problem. Heading for the horizon this summer? Taking advantage of some well deserved out-of-office time? For us adventurers, staying still in one spot if tough, especially when it’s for work and normal life. We are nomads at heart, wanderers and we are simply counting down to the next escape.
What do we think of when we mention the mysterious and cultural wonder of Nepal? No doubt you will think of Everest and it being little else than the base camp for people conquering their inner demons, pushing through barriers and achieving life goals. Well, it turns out that you don’t need to climb Everest to discover oneself in Nepal. Nepal provides the perfect backdrop to some self-discovery and to a deeper understanding of this truly incredible country.
It is THE best way to start your day, imagine this; you get up from a blissful night sleep after a day on the mountain riding pow, you open the curtains to reveal the sun rising over the mountains peaks, boil some water ready for a cup of tea and head to your mat to see the day in right.
